N: A masculine edged bouquet with dried thyme, rock then spiced oak suggestions. Cherry laced red fruit aromas. Moderate complexity with a Central Otago signature of undergrowth.
P: Quite a juicy palate with the cherry fruit flavours showing first in a balanced structure of medium+ acidity, medium tannins (a touch drier than expected) but still fine overall – just means a food wine for me. Medium to medium+ length and finish. Overall balanced and well made.
