Forrest Pinot Noir 2015 Waitaki Valley

Distinctive and enticing aromas of Pinot Noir with a complex and developing bouquet of red fruits, dried herb, minerality and wood spices. Dry on the palate with flavours of dark cherry and plum, red flowers, minerality and toasty wood spice. Plenty of tannins and acidity are still finding their way into the wine. Complex, youthful, lengthy - a keeper. Best drinking from 2020 through 2028.
