Aromas and flavours of fresh green pears and apple, there’s a light quince jam quality then citrus and white spice. A dry wine with perhaps a tiny residual sweetness layer framing the core white fleshed fruit flavours. Balanced and well made with best drinking from 2025 through 2026. Excellent value.
