Lake Chalice 'The Nest' Lighter Sauvignon Blanc 2023, Marlborough

Aromas of cape gooseberry and lemon, fresh green herbs and grapefruit, a natural mineral quality layers in breadth and depth. Fresh, lively, fruity and varietal on the palate with a mix of citrus and tropical fruit flavours, apple and green pear. A decent acid line and length frame the wine very nicely. Best drinking from 2025 through 2027.
