Ca' Montini Prosecco Extra Dry NV, Italy

Bright and fruity with aromas and flavours of white peach and green grapes, there’s a fine lees and floral lift then a citrus fresh layer and wet pebble mineral moment. Crisp and just dry with a core of ripe fruit flavours that match the bouquet. As the wine touches the palate a rush of mousse and bug bubble are released. Balanced, well made and crisp with a refreshing finish. Best from 2025 through 2029.
