Great colour and aromatic intensity. Scents of ripe peach and lemon then sea-spray and white spices. There’s a lovely natural sandy clay soil suggestion of minerality showing through the lees. A dry wine on the palate with fruit flavours that mirror the bouquet, white peach then citrus, lees then a saline quality accentuated by the acid line. Well made, refreshing and lengthy with best drinking from 2025 through 2030.
