An attractive bouquet, very expressive with a core of ripe pure fruit scents, citrus and apple, some peach then lees an minerality along with a light saline quality. Youthful, fresh and complex. Delicious on the palate with a core of linty minerality framing flavours of citrus and fruit spice, lees and apple, citrus peel and a mix of fresh and dried herbs. As the wine becomes ambient the mouthfeel becomes more precise with the acid line driving flavours across the palate. Well made with excellent length and mouthfeel, best drinking from 2025 through 2029.
