Pyramid Valley Sauvignon+ 2024, North Canterbury
Please take a moment to read the wine making process below. It explain how a complex bouquet with shape and form evolves and knits together. Aromas of earth and mineral spices, clay and lees qualities, fruit spice then scents of ripe grapefruit and lemon skin, an echo of tropical fruits and fresh herbs then wild flowers and barrel complexity. On the palate a dry wine led by the textures of fine tannins and acidity, then fruit flavours that reflect citrus and spice then another echo of tropical fruit and dried herb. Delicious, different and well presented. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2029.
