Golden hues lead to a complex and developing bouquet. The scents of limestone and clay soils are equal to those of fruit , a fine seam of wood smoke the scents of peach and ripe red apple, some grapefruit and lemon peel. A dry wine with classic soil and fruit flavour combinations, the use of oak is a little more evident yet the flavours of citrus and stone fruit are equal. Fine wood tannins, plenty of acidty and a balanced lengthy finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2028.
