A nicely complex bouquet driven by core fruits scents of citrus, fine lees, peach, basil and a fresh wet pebble mineral quality. A crisp dry wine touches the palate with textures from acidity and super fine fruit tannins and lees frame core fruit flavours reflecting the bouquet. Lemon and white peach, red apple and a fine saline mineral flavours are persistent. Delicious, fresh and new with best drinking from mid to late 2025 through 2029.
