Thornbury Pinot Gris 2024, Waipara

A lovely wine with a satin-cream mouthfeel, a lick of white spice and flavours of red apple and pear, a touch of fresh quince and citrus. Medium weighted with plenty of acidity and fruit weight, balanced and well made with a leesy spice quality on the finish. Best drinking from 2025 through 2027.
