A complete wine on the nose and palate, aromas and flavours of green pear and apple, there’s spice and quince, lemon and lees. Dry with medium+ (ish) weight, core flavours of pomaceous fruits, white pepper spice, fine fruit tannins mouthfeel and a mineral lees quality. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2028.
