Rudi's IPA, Auckland

Great colour with a slight ruddiness leads to aromas of spiced malt, almost pepper, then scents of black strap and roasted honey, dark berries and apricots, then a rounded malty quality. Excellent flavours and style with a big range of flavour ideas from strawberry to honey to stone fruit then smashed malt. The mousse is softer and rounder with a creamy quality. A lovely drink of beer.
