Flavours of brown pear and apple, lots of white spice with fresh and baked pomaceous fruits, gently warming alcohol and a seam of wet clay minerality. Dry with a creamy texture and satin mouthfeel. Flavours are persistent carried through the palate on the back of a medium acid line. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2027.
