Mission 'The Gaia Project' Chardonnay 2023, Hawke's Bay

Lots of classic flavours led by vanilla and cream, roasted peach and yellow apple. Not quite full-bodied on the palate yet the fruit weight and acid line are the key focus followed by flavours of stone fruits and spice. Fine fruit tannins, balanced, well made and ready to drink from 2025 through end of summer 2027.
