Me by Matahiwi Estate Chardonnay 2023, Hawkes Bay

Flavours of California peach and baked apple, there’s a nut and butter quality along with a light gravelly clay soil suggestion. Crisp and dry on the palate with a light creamy texture, flavours are persistent carried along with medium+ acidity. The tannins have a very fine chalk dust feel adding to the wines mouthfeel and finish. Ready to drink from day of purchase through 2027.
