Very bright with a pale apricot hue leads to scents and flavours of pears and fresh apples, tropical fruits, gooseberry, then a lick of saffron and apricot. Crisp and dry in a lower alcohol (9.5%) frame, plenty of acidity to carry the flavours of fruits and add texture. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from 2024 through end of summer 2026.
