Pungent bouquet, varietal and intense with scents of passion fruits and pink grapefruit, crisp red apple flash and a mix of basil and sage -like herb qualities. Equally intense on the palate, crisp, dry, salivating and packed with flavour. The acidity also carries a saline effect on the palate accentuating the flavours of orchard fruits and citrus. Best drinking from late 2024 through 2027+.
