Bald Hills 'Friends and Lovers' Single Vineyard Rosé 2023, Bannockburn, Central Otago

A fragrant and enticing bouquet of white flowers and fresh red berry fruits. There are scents of red fruit tea and apple adding to the bouquet’s allure. A crisp and dry wine touches the palate first then fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet follow. Plenty of acidity, super fine fruit tannins and a light chalky mouthfeel frame the wine very nicely. Balanced and well made with best drinking from 2024 through end of summer 2027.
