There’s no mistaking the intensity and core scents of ripe citrus and orchard fruits, apples and quince then white rose and lees complexity. A off-dry expression with a core of minerality, lees and ripe citrus fruit flavours. The apple and white peach flavours fold back in as the wine flavours build on the palate. High acidity balabces out the sweetness leaving the palate dry on the finihs. Well made with a lengthy finihs. Best drinking from 2024 through 2034.
