Pungent and ripe with a firm palate and flavours of lemon and pear, sage and thyme, grapefruit and apple. A backbone of acidity and gentle white spice with intense flavours of citrus and herbs, some jalapeno and passionfruit. Well made, dry and ready to drink from late 2024 through 2027.
