Fragrant, floral and fruity with a core of delicate floral tones then white fleshed fruits of the orchard. There’s a fine layer of spice and soft mineral earthy qualities. A dry wine on the palate with spice and white fleshed fruits showing first, then flavours of citrus and crumbled stone earthy qualities. Balanced and well made, a wine still developing so best drinking likely from late 2025 through 2029+.
