Dublin St Pinot Noir 2020, Martinborough

From a tiny 3.5 Ha vineyard, aged 10 moths in French barrels, this wine is delicious with a palate of plum and red berries, a savoury dried herb quality, the frame is taut and youthful with ripe course-silk tannins and backbone of acidity, tempered by a core of red berry fruit flavours and a Wairarapa earthy finish.
