Hunter's Offshoot Pet Nat Rosé 2023, Marlborough

A lovely blush pink appearance leads to a bouquet of red apple and raspberry fruit scents, a fine lees core and fresh spring floral tones. Textures on the palate stem from the fine mousse and tiny bubbles generated from winemaking, these coat the palate evenly. On the second and third sips the flavours of red berries and apple become stronger with the less flavours building breadth and flavour. Dry, balanced, well made and ready to drink from 20-24 through 2027.
