A really lovely bouquet of complexity, purity, maturity and winemaking. Scents of peach and lees, yellow flowers and barrel complexities, there’s a fine lactic, cheesy quality reminiscent of Chablis and sea salt. Lovely weight and texture with flavours of lemon and lemon peel, grapefruit and peach, some red apple and leesy complexities with a cashew nut idea. Balanced and well made, dry and weighty. A wine best suited to food with best drinking from day of purchase through 2029.
