The bouquet is quite closed, yet still variety with a lifted bouquet of white flowers, blossoms, and scents of citrus, and orange blossom. A just off-dry wine touches the palate with a backbone of acidity and core flavours that mirror the bouquet, the volume is tuned up, flavors of citrus and apple, lees and a natural white spice quality before the floral scents and orange peel qualities return.
