Aromas and flavours of Baked yellow apple and green pears, a layer of lees ads complexity and on the palate - breadth and texture. A satin-cream touch on the palate with a nice acid line for contrast, the flavours of pomaceous fruits, mandarin and lemon peel. Balanced and well made in a ready to drink expression.
