Many classic Otago regional scents led by a fine savoury and dried herb quality, then scents of dark cherry, boysenberry and dried raspberry. The oak influence adds a spice and gentle smoky quality adding complexity and intensity. On the palate a dry wine with an earthy mineral core then flavours of red berries and wood. Balanced, complex and youthful. Best drinking from 2026 through 2034.
