Varietal and fruity, pure, fresh and lively bouquet centering on aromas of green pear and quince, some apple then citrus qualities. A floral touch adds complexity and lift. Crisp and dry with a layer of spice and warming alcohol accentuate the flavours of pomaceous fruit flavours and citrus. Well made and ready to drink from 2024 through 2027.
