Highgate Estate 'Dreammaker' Pinot Gris 2022, Central Otago

Ripe, varietal and fruity with aromas and flavours of brown pear and yellow apple, there’s plenty of white spice and texture as the wine touches the palate. Medium weighted with a satin-cream texture, contrasts come from the acid line and lees layers. Some gently warming alcohol and core varietal flavours complete the wine. Balanced and well made with best drinking from 2024 through 2028.
