Montford Estate Pinot Noir 2022, Marlborough

A very bright, lighter weighted wine with a bouquet and palate of fresh red cherries and strawberry flesh, some lees and soft clay earth suggestions and a touch of baking spice. Fine tannins from the fruit and a light touch of oak are accentuated by the acid line and youthful vibrato. Balanced and well made with best drinking from 2024 through 2028.
