Complex, varietal, savoury, textured and enticing wine. Flavours and textures dominate the palate with firm tannin and cool climate acid structure. Tannins have a polished yet coarse silk quality. Fruit and wood flavours are a mix of ripe and sour cherry, red apple skin and chilled raspberry tea. There’s a savoury quality with dried herb and wild Otago spice qualities. Textured, savoury saline and delicious. Best drinking from late 2025 through 2035.
