Mount Michael Bessie's Block Reserve Pinot Noir 2021, Central Otago

A lovely bouquet and palate with aromas and flavours of sweet red cherry and strawberry, a light cranberry quality then a fine savoury core. Textures from the tannins and acid line deliver a lovely fine chalky mouthfeel cushioned by core fruit flavours and a gentle sweetness from French wood. Well made, lengthy and ready to drink from 2024 through 2029.
