Mud House 'Dambuster Single Vineyard' Pinot Noir 2023, Marlborough

An enticing bouquet of red fruits and wild flowers, raspberry and exotic roses, mineral spices and a gentle wood-smoke quality. Oak scents suggest clove and vanilla pod while fruit scents continue to unfurl with some boysenberry and and plum. On the palate a dry wine with a core of red fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet, an abundance of fine through moderate tannins, plenty of acidity and freshness, spice and a touch of smoke. Well made, bright and ready to drink from 2025 through 2030.
