Aromas and flavours of fresh tropical fruit tea, red apple skin and light red berry fruits. On the palate a crisp, just dry wine, there’s a tickle of residual sweetness, plenty of contrasting acidity and a light wet stone chalky mineral quality. Balanced and well made, ready to drink and delivers nicely as an aperitif or with charcuterie.
