Colere Southern Valleys 'Rosato' 2022, Marlborough

An intense translucent appearance with hues of rose, copper and Atlantic salmon. The bouquet is pure Pinot Noir with scents of red apple and cherry, there’s a light rose petal quality and red peach. Dry, some complexity and texture as the wine touches the palate. Flavours of red fruits and peach reflect the bouquet, fine tannins and medium+ acid line add to mouthfeel, length and finish. Best drinking from 2024 through 2027.
