Fantastic bouquet filled spice and fruit, flowers and exotic flavours. A mix of flowers and mineral, a ginger fresh kombucha idea and persistency of fruit. Equally impressive on the palate with a lick of residual sugar enhancing the core fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet. Apple and white stone fruits, pineapple and ginger, fruit tea and lees complexities. Off-dry as the wine touches the palate yet finishes just dry with a decent level of acidity and plenty of length. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2029.
