A fully developed bouquet with aromas and flavours of golden apples, quince and fig, white raisin and bottle-age drying fruits. A dry wine with moderate acidity and flavours impacts, very easy on the palate with flavours of aged fruits and light mineral quality. Best drinking from day of purchase through end of 2024. Salty food recommended as a pairing.
