Two Paddocks 'Schatzi' Riesling 2023, Central Otago

An off-dry expression with a delicious core of crisp red apple and lemon flavours, contrasting high acid line and lower alcohol make for an around fleshy and crisp wine. Fleshy textures, a spritz note, lemon and apple, lime and sherbet. A wine for aperitif service, gently spicy fare and some less sweet desserts. Best drinking from 2024 through 2030+. ‘Schatzi’ translates ‘sweat heart’.
