Paritua 'Stone Paddock' Pinot Gris 2023, Hawke's Bay

A youthful bouquet with a distinctive profile of green pears and apple, there’s a leesy residue that needs to settle in over the next few months (it will). Crisp, refreshing and dry on the palate with flavours that reflect pears and apple, a touch of quince, lemon rind and white pepper. A wine ready towards the end of 2024 and best enjoyed with food. Drinking well from end of 2024 through 2027.
