Q Pinot Noir 2022, Waitaki Valley

A lovely bouquet with a fragrant lift of red flowers and cherry fruits, there’s a touch of raspberry and fleshy cranberry. The oak scents are moderate with some brown spice, then a light earthy quality. Plush, fruity and dry as the wine touches the palate, flavours are persistent with polished tannins and plenty of cool-climate acidity. A lighter weighted expression, well made with best drinking from 2025 through 2034+.
