This is a skin contact Gris with a golden copper hued appearance, very bright then aromas of fruit-tea, even earl-grey, quince and pear, some pepper spice and a youthful course textural shape. Flavours on the palate include citrus rind and green to golden apple, some honeysuckle and spice, fine tannins and medium+ acid line. A throroughly interesting wine, balanced and ready to drink.
