Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2023, Marlborough

A classic expression with a power base of fresh citrus and white fleshed tree fruits, fresh herbs and tropical fruits. The acid line touches the palate first accentuating the lime and grapefruit flavours, yet not so much that the white peach and natural fruit spices to show. Crisp, crunchy and dry with best drinking from 2024 through 2027.
