After 48 months resting on fine lees in bottle this new and rather delicious methode from Vilaura is now available. 100% Chardonnay fruit is at the core of this wine and delivers a crisp and dry wine with a taut voluptuous mousse, salivating acid line with a saline note and lengthy finish. The bouquet is excellent with a lees autolysis driving the aromas then on the palate flavours of peach, apple and citrus with a fine toasty quality. An excellent option as an aperitif or will pair well with most appetizers and main courses that have a delicacy and freshness about them. Well made and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2029+.
