Aromas and flavours of iron saline minerality then varietal fruit flavours of plums and tart cherries, dried herbs and preserved flowers. Both the bouquet and palate have texture, shape and form, the dried herb flavours are indegral the mouthfeel combinations of fruit and synergy flavours. Taut, dry, lengthy and complex. A wine that will engage the palate, open the mind to new ideas about Pinot Noir. Best drinking from 2028 through 2038.
