Great colour and bouquet with a vibrancy and freshness, aromas and flavours of fresh white peach and quince, a layer of citrus and white spices, some tropical moments and a core of minerality. The lees work adds complexity and breadth. A dry fruity wine touches the palate with a backbone of acidity for contrast. There’s a light natural saline quality then flavours of white fleshed fruit that mirror the bouquet. A lovely example with best drinking from 2024 through 2029.
