Fresh, very bright and fruity with a layer of minerality and gentle earth smoke quality. Saffron and peach, some apricot and pomaceous fruits flavours. Acidity delivers all through the palate with some very fine fruit tannins, no oak and a balanced even finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2026.
