OTU Otuwhero Estate Chardonnay 2023, Hawke's Bay

A ready to drink expression with a bouquet and palate of apples and citrus, some peach and nut then spice and lees impacts. Dry with medium+ acidity and flavours that are persistent. An S02 note lingers which I hope will abate from aeration and swirling or decanting. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2027.
