O:TU Limited Release Syrah 2020, Hawke's Bay

Balanced, fruity, varietal and ready. A classic dry red with style and flavours of baked raspberry and blue fruits, a mix of fine through firmer tannins and a backbone of acidity. The use of a gently smoky and spice oak adds complexity and frames the wine very nicely with flavour and tannin. Well made with fairly lengthy finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2028.
