There’s an immediate purity and freshness in the bouquet with a vibrant frame and quiver of spice and fruits. It is also complex with a nice elegant side, floral wet stone mineral qualities. Fresh citrus and gooseberry, some hay and nettles then white peach and lemon all rush onto the palate. Acidity and alcohol pull of the flavours together adding texture and weight, length and finish. Best drinking from 2025 through 2030.
